What happens during the assessment?
We start with your business, one recurring workflow and the records it creates. Then we discuss what may be worth investigating, what could prevent a fit, and what a sensible next step would involve.
We look forward to helping you understand whether your company’s operating records may have licensing potential, and what a sensible next step could look like.
Understand what is worth exploring before committing company time, sharing records or discussing commercial terms. If a buyer has approached you or you have a deadline, bring that context to the call.

No. Use the material that is helpful to you. Come ready to describe your business, one recurring workflow and the questions you want answered.
