Derivative works or models — Outputs, adaptations, or models created using licensed material. Retention or deletion — Rules for how long material may be kept and what happens afterward.
Training — Using records to develop or adjust a model. Evaluation — Testing a system’s performance or suitability. Reinforcement learning — A method that uses feedback signals to improve decisions or behavior. Workflow program — A structured body of operating activity connected to real tasks and outcomes. Anonymization or de-identification — Measures intended to reduce direct identification; whether they are sufficient is context-specific.
