A represented process, step by step

A represented process, step by step

1. Confidential assessment — establish the operating context and initial fit. 2. Opportunity definition — describe the useful work without over-sharing. 3. Rights and feasibility — identify practical recovery, authority, privacy, and contractual questions. 4. Buyer landscape — determine which buyer types may be relevant. 5. Seller-approved outreach — contact is paced and approved by the seller. 6. Diligence — requests are managed against defined boundaries. 7. Proposals — compare price, conditions, rights, burden, risk, certainty, and optionality. 8. Negotiation, contract, closing, and delivery — coordinate the process while counsel handles legal terms. 9. Future refreshes — consider later work only when it remains appropriate and seller-approved.

The process is designed to improve clarity and control—not to predetermine a transaction. The seller can pause, decline, or revise the path at each stage.
