Understand the rule, the timing, and the net.

Any fee arrangement should be stated plainly before work begins: what the fee is based on, when it is earned, what costs may apply, and how the seller’s net is calculated. Compensation can be structured differently by engagement; no percentage or outcome is assumed here.

Illustrative example only: a seller compares a proposed payment with the stated representation fee and any agreed costs to understand the seller’s resulting net. The example is a calculation method, not a promise of price, fees, or closing.

If a buyer pays compensation or another financial relationship could affect the process, it should be disclosed and handled openly. There is no fee guarantee and no guaranteed transaction.
